I have been drawing for as long as I can remember. I started taking commissions at 15 and I have not stopped since! UPDATED: 27/10/2022GENERAL INFORMATION:
By purchasing any of my services, you have automatically accepted my ‘Terms of Service’ and must oblige to follow them.
You are only buying a digital file. Once the commission is completed, please download the file as I frequently delete files.
I reserve the right to increase the payment of a commission depending on the complexity or if edits are required. This will be discussed before the invoice is sent.
I reserve the right to refuse a commission.
Poor behaviour on your part will also cancel the commission.
Partial Refunds may be available depending on the type of commission/project, refer to ‘REFUNDS/ CANCELLATIONS’ for more information.PAYMENT:
You must either be the owner of the Paypal account, or the owner of the account understands the nature of this purchase and that it will not be physically shipped. You will only receive the digital file(s).
Payment will be discussed and agreed upon before an invoice is sent.
50% payment deposit (non-refundable) upfront for all commissions.
You cannot request another commission if you have a pending payment plan. You must fulfil the payment to start another commission.
Files will be released as the payment received covers the value of the commission(s). You may choose which file is given, as long as the cost is paid.
Refunds are not available.
Edits that are requested must be minor and not significantly differ from the original image.
Completed: After one free edit, there will be a charge that can range from 10% to 70% of the original commission price.REFUNDS/ CANCELLATIONS:
A full refund request is not available once the payment has been sent and I have started on the work.
A partial refund will be considered if the work is cancelled on your end, but the 50% non-refundable deposit will not be refunded.PERMISSION AND COPYRIGHT:
Only I, the creator, have full copyrights over my artwork. I am allowed to use the copyrighted creations, including but not limited to; Promoting myself within any place or site. Post/ display the work anywhere I want (credit will be given to the commissioner).
You may request for the artwork to not be uploaded publicly, however, this must be stated in advance.
The commissioner is allowed to; Use the copyrighted creations for personal use and commercial use. For commercial use, limits are applied and can only be exclusively used on social media discussed beforehand. For all commissions, the original purpose of the work must be maintained.
The commissioner is not allowed to; Change, modify, trace or use my work without my permission. You may not sell any merchandise with my designs, this includes but is not limited to, t-shirts and other clothing, mugs, plushies, pins, jewellery, figures, phone accessories, stickers, prints, and replicas. You may not take credit for my work.
If you want to use my copyrighted work for other purposes, you must contact me and we may discuss extending the original permissions.
If the original purpose of the work is altered without permission, actions will be taken and commissioner rights will be revoked.
It is strictly prohibited if the commission is used in any association with non-fungible tokens, cryptocurrency, or blockchains. Commissioner rights will be revoked and actions will be taken.
